This is the perfect course to give you the skills for an entry level job in a bakery or commercial kitchen specialising in baked breads and pastries, or to give you a head start on an apprenticeship to become a fully qualified baker. 

You'll gain a range of baking skills, including preparing and understanding recipes and ingredients for different types of baked goods; as well as learn about customer service, first aid, hygiene and workplace health and safety. If you want a delicious career, this is the course for you!
