If you're a fan of bread — whether plain white sliced or a fancy rye or sourdough — how would you like to be a bread baker?

This qualification will give you the skills and knowledge to become a commercial baker. You'll learn how to bake a full range of bread products including savoury, sweet yeast, artisan, and speciality flour bread products.

You’ll also learn all the other aspects of bread production including scheduling; food preparation; using commercial baking equipment; frozen dough; and finishes and fillings; as well as retail and stock inventory skills.
