If you would like to become qualified as an airconditioning technician or refrigeration mechanic, this is the job for you! And with WA's climate, you'll always be in demand for work in both residential and commercial settings as well as operations such as mine sites and government-owned facilities.

This nationally recognised qualification is completed as a trade apprenticeship. You will gain essential skills and knowledge including on the job safety, technical drawing, taking engineering measurements and computations, and using hand tools and equipment.

You’ll also gain the technical skills you need to install, maintain, and repair a wide range of refrigeration and airconditioning plant and equipment.
