The Certificate III in Individual Support reflects the role of support workers who follow an individualised care plan to provide person centred care to clients and residents and is available in three different specialisations, Ageing, Home and Community and Disability. This is the first step in gaining the skills to operate effectively as a care worker or assistant in nursing within the aged, health, disability and community care sectors.

The course consists of trainer directed face to face group workshops, delivered at our purpose-built Training Institute.
