This qualification will assist construction trainees to gain valuable on-the-job experience whilst working towards an accredited qualification. This qualification is provided to learners employed fulltime under a 12-month training contract or part time under an 18-month school-based traineeship (SBT).  All delivered via a positive blend of on-the-job and off-the-job learning experiences. Trainees will work towards attaining 12 unit of competencies as a possible pathway to an apprenticeship in the building and construction industry. An ideal qualification for learners applying entry level trade related skills through employment.
